Processing times

Our standard processing time can be up to 15 workings days, this is always dependant on how busy we are. On rare occasions this can increase during peak season.

All standard orders are sent by 48 hour delivery service.

Delaying your order

If your wedding is over 12 months away, you can delay your order and we'll post out 2-4 weeks before the date you provide us with.

Urgent delivery

If we have urgent delivery available it will show on check-out. The processing time is up to 5 working days, if you need your order sooner then please get in touch.

All urgent orders are sent by 24 hour delivery service.
